Vita:

Marcus advises and represents national and international companies in commercial and business law disputes before arbitral tribunals, in state courts, and in mediations. He is experienced with contractual disputes, insolvency related disputes, supply chain disputes, as well as the defence against mass claims. He regularly writes and contributes to articles on current trends in dispute resolution as well as German and European business and financial markets law. He is also qualified as a Business Mediator (Münchener Ausbildung – Eidenmüller/Hacke/Fries).
