Vita:

Oliver Korte is partner with ADVANT Beiten and specialises in national and international commercial and distribution law. He has particular expertise on issues arising in connection with the termination of commercial agency and distribution agreements. Oliver is experienced as arbitrator and counsel in arbitration and litigation proceedings. He was the chairman of the Hamburg Arbitration Circle from 2010 to 2023. Oliver is the co-Author of monograph on distribution law „Westphal/Korte, Vertriebsrecht – Das Recht der Handelsvertreter und Vertragshändler in der Vertrags- und Prozesspraxis“ (Carl Heymanns Verlag, 2nd edition 2023, 700 pages).

Oliver has studied law at the University of Hamburg. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2002. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2023, Oliver worked for SKW Schwarz and its predecessor firm for more than twenty years.
